Thanks to the efforts of the Friends of the Indiana State Archives, the Indiana Bar Foundation, and the Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana’s historic 1816 and 1851 State Constitutions have been preserved for future generations and are on display today in the Indiana State House each year during the legislative session.
